The Alexandre Family will produce America's first Certified Organic & Biodynamic A2/A2 dairy products

Our goal is to commercialize a unique dairy solution for the progressive West Coast market. Through experience, dedication, & innovation we will help the AFF brand grow nationwide while maintaining quality assurance as a priority from farm to shelf.

Work in Progress
R&D, Supply Chain Management, & Processing Innovation has already begun keeping in mind a quick product launch
The project begun in mid February with a current R&D/Formulation contract executed between UFS and InHouse Design. The current consulting contract will furnish Alexandre with innovative minimal process flows, recipe formulations, nutritionals, packaging consulting, and other congruent needs served in order to give a good guideline for Alexandre to commercialize off of, and launch their brand.
Our engineering team has already begun working with Pavel's Yogurt on plant designs and flows. We hope to quickly transition into building a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Management system along with overall Project Management in order to achieve risk managed quick growth for the Alexandre Family brand.
